• Realtime data plane — EU WebSocket connections and event publishing in Europe.
• Realtime data plane — US WebSocket connections and event publishing in the US.
• Dashboard Admin console and authentication.

Status comes from external HTTP checks against each service, run every 5 minutes from several locations through the same edge your traffic uses. A service is degraded when one location has failed for 10 minutes and in outage when two or more have. Uptime is the share of time a service was not in outage, by UTC day.
